Duties

• Assist with food preparation and meal assembly under the supervision of senior chefs
• Support daily cooking activities, ensuring all dishes meet quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including utensils and workstations
• Follow food safety protocols diligently to ensure hygiene and compliance
• Help with inventory management by checking supplies and notifying the team of stock needs
• Serve food to guests efficiently and courteously during service hours
• Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating effectively with colleagues

Qualifications

• Basic experience in food preparation or kitchen work is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is essential
• Knowledge of cooking techniques and culinary principles is a plus
