Junior Chef/Front of House Supervisor

We are just above the beach in Perranuthnoe and we have a great year round business that was first established in 1992 and continues to grow each year, with a substantial breakfast and lunch trade and a growing evening service.

We are looking for an experienced Front of House Supervisor who has a proven backround in a supervisory role. You need Barista experience and some experience in a commercial kitchen to around the level of a junior chef. Pay will be based on ability and experience.

Excellent customer service skills, reliability, communication and commitment are essential qualities. You should enjoy working as part of a hard working team and be able to stay calm while under pressure.

We take huge pride in our food. We also do everything we can to offer excellent customer service.

We realise that we are asking for a lot so we are willing to give some training to the right applicant who ticks the vast majority of the boxes.

You will work alongside our excellent existing Front of House and Kitchen teams, 5 days a week, 1 to 2 evenings. We are open 7 days weekly throughout the year, every year.

Planned working hours will be a mixture of days and evenings, week days and weekends.
