Due to continued growth, we’re looking for a Junior Installer to join one of our installation teams and develop into a skilled bathroom fitter.

The Role

You’ll work alongside a Lead Installer, learning how to complete full bathroom installations from start to finish.

This is an ideal role for someone who is:

• Hands-on
• Hard-working
• Keen to learn a trade properly
• Looking for long-term progression

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting with bathroom installations (rip-out to completion)
• Supporting plumbing and fitting work
• Assisting with tiling and preparation
• Keeping sites clean, organised, and safe
• Handling materials, tools, and general site duties
• Learning installation processes and standards
• Supporting the Lead Installer on all aspects of the job

What We’re Looking For

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Hard-working and reliable
• Good timekeeping and organisation
• Practical / hands-on mindset
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Good communication skills
• Full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential)
