Duties

• Support senior barbers by preparing clients and assisting during haircuts and styling procedures
• Learn and perform basic barbering techniques such as trimming, shaping, and blending hair and facial hair
• Engage with clients to understand their preferences and provide friendly, professional customer service
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, workstations, and the salon environment in accordance with health standards
• Assist in managing appointment schedules and welcoming walk-in clients with enthusiasm
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
• Stay open to feedback and actively participate in training sessions to improve your skills
