About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Retail, the Junior Account Manager will be responsible for managing customer relationships, supporting key retail accounts, and driving commercial activities across the Retail channel. Working closely with customers and cross-functional teams, the role will focus on delivering excellent service, identifying growth opportunities, coordinating customer projects, and supporting the achievement of sales and profitability objectives.

Here are your key tasks and responsibilities as a Junior Account Manager at Refresco:

• Manage and develop relationships with allocated customer accounts, ensuring excellent service and customer satisfaction.

• Deliver commercial objectives by identifying growth opportunities and supporting sales, revenue and profitability targets.

• Support key retail and discounter accounts through business planning, pricing activities and customer reviews.

• Coordinate customer projects, product launches and promotional activities, ensuring successful delivery from concept to implementation.

• Prepare and analyse sales data, forecasts and commercial reports to provide actionable business insights.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Operations, Finance and Customer Services to deliver customer requirements and resolve issues effectively.

About You

• Experience within an FMCG, retail, customer service, or commercial environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a customer-focused approach.
• Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with confidence using Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Commercially aware, proactive, and able to identify opportunities to support business growth.
• Positive, adaptable, and collaborative, with a willingness to learn and take ownership.
