Gardiner Richardson
Junior Account Manager
Good ideas need people who make them happen.
We’re looking for a Junior Account Manager to join Gardiner Richardson in Newcastle.
Someone who’s curious about brands and marketing, confident with clients and cares as much about the detail as the big idea.
We build brands and bring them to life. You’ll help us do both, working with our creative and communications teams to take projects from first brief to final delivery.
What you’ll bring
• At least two years’ experience working in an agency , with a grounding in client service and project delivery.
• Working knowledge of video, photography and design production (this is essential) — understanding the stages, people and practical requirements involved in getting great work made.
• Experience coordinating briefs, schedules, budgets and feedback, keeping clients informed and projects moving.
• Clear communication, a sharp eye for detail and the confidence to ask the right questions.
• A collaborative approach and a willingness to get stuck in.
You’ll help build client relationships, turn conversations into clear briefs and work closely with creatives and production partners. From planning a shoot to coordinating design amends, you’ll make sure everyone knows what’s needed and when.
Why Gardiner Richardson?
You’ll be part of an independent agency where collaboration comes naturally. Creative and communications specialists, working together under one roof, with plenty of experience to learn from.
There’s variety here: different brands, different challenges and opportunities to see how strategy, design, PR, social and film come together. A chance to broaden your skills, contribute your ideas and see the difference your work makes.
Social value is at the core of our agency, from our work in public health and culture to our commitment to the Shine accreditation and to being a Real Living Wage Employer.
