The Opportunity

We are recruiting a Junior Account Manager to support our UK and continental European client accounts and to coordinate our energy procurement and sustainability services.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who enjoys working with clients, managing information, coordinating projects and developing expertise in the energy and real estate sectors.

You will work closely with European leadership, commercial colleagues, energy procurement partners and technical teams across several countries.

Key Responsibilities

Client Account Management

• Support the day-to-day management of existing client accounts.
• Act as a point of contact for client requests, administrative queries and project updates.
• Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, deliverables and client reporting.
• Monitor open actions and ensure agreed deadlines are met.

Energy Procurement and Engineering Coordination

• Support electricity and gas procurement processes across markets.
• Coordinate information requests, utility consumption data and contract documentation.
• Maintain records of energy contracts, supply points, renewal dates and commercial terms.
• Liaise with energy brokers and service providers, suppliers and clients to facilitate procurement activities.
• Help review supplier proposals, pricing comparisons and contract documentation.

Operations & Administration

• Maintain accurate account databases, trackers and CRM information.
• Prepare commercial presentations, progress reports and client documentation.
• Support proposal preparation, contract administration and invoicing coordination.
• Coordinate with Evolution's technical teams on energy audits and efficiency projects.
• Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and reporting systems.

About You

Essential:

• Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluent professional English.
• Professional working proficiency in either French or German (Not essential, but highly desirable).
• Good knowledge of AI, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and standard business software.
• A proactive, reliable and service-oriented approach.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in energy, sustainability and the real estate industry.

Desirable:

• Up to three years of experience in account management, energy procurement, customer service, business operations or administration.
• Familiarity with energy suppliers, utility contracts, metering or energy brokers.
• Fluency in French or German (Not essential, but highly desirable).
• Experience working in an international or multilingual environment.
• Degree in business, economics, sustainability or a related discipline.
• Previous energy-sector experience is an advantage but is not required. We are happy to provide training to candidates with strong potential.
