JML Engineer (Junior / Graduate) | Crawley | Up To £34,000

Not many entry level IT roles come with a mapped route to Senior Engineer. This one does.

I'm hiring a Junior JML Engineer for a technology services business in Crawley. You will be working across joiners, movers and leavers, device deployment and day to day technical support in an environment that changes constantly.

What you need

• Some IT exposure. A degree or a college course, an apprenticeship, or 0 to 2 years in support or deployment.
• Any hands on time with ServiceNow, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 or device builds is a bonus, not a requirement.
• Sharp attention to detail and the confidence to pick things up without being told twice.
• Eligibility for SC clearance. You will need to have lived in the UK for the last five years.

Honestly, attitude matters more here than the tech. They have hired juniors before and promoted them. One is now a Team Lead.
