The Role
Do you possess a positive attitude to your work, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, with good telephone manner? If so, we are looking for you.
We are looking for a Helpdesk Office Junior to join our team. This role is working in a team, reporting to the Associate Director Internal Operations. No previous experience is required for this role as all training will be provided however a confident telephone manner and computer literacy are essential. In time, you will be prepared to take ownership of engineer schedules and queries and see these through to a satisfactory conclusion.

Key Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities of a Helpdesk Office Junior include, but are not limited to:
- Outgoing phone calls (Customers & Engineers).
- Booking/confirming appointments and Engineer schedules
- Updating our systems with real time information and meeting KPI deadlines.
- Post duties
- Provide administrative support to all aspects of the Helpdesk department and being able to multitask well.

We service over 10,000 sites for more than 80 clients across many sectors, including the largest Retail Groups in the UK. Using our own directly employed engineers covering all areas of mainland
UK and Northern Ireland, we regularly and proactively visit sites to resolve lighting, electrical needs and to ensure that our clients meet all compliance obligations.

The Person
- Qualifications – Maths & English GCSE (Grade C or above preferred).
- Comfortable with PC use.
- Confident telephone manner.
Location: - Foundation Court, Old Street, Oare, Hermitage, RG18 9SE, UK.
This role is based in the office 5 days a week, (not accessible by public transport but free onsite parking provided).
Working Hours:
Monday–Thursday: 08:00–16:00 or 09:00–17:00, on a monthly rota basis.
Friday: 08:00–16:00.
Salary: Salary based on age & experience.
