Graduate Recruitment Consultant | London | £50k OTE year one

September/October start. Two seats on a specialist technology desk recruiting into hedge funds and trading firms.

You'd be placing software engineers, quant developers and infrastructure specialists into the likes of Citadel, Millennium, Jump Trading and DE Shaw. Headhunting, building the candidate and client relationships, running the process through to offer.

The numbers that matter:

→ Average placement fee over £100k

→ Commission up to 50%

→ £50k+ OTE in year one, base plus commission

This is one of the most lucrative markets in recruitment, and the fee sizes are why. One placement here is worth what five are on a generalist desk.

Training comes direct from a founder who has personally billed over £20m. Every current manager in the business started as a graduate, so the progression isn't theoretical.

The office is full of sportspeople, including ex-professionals. That's not decoration. If you've come out of a performance environment you'll recognise the standards, and you'll be sat next to people who work the way you do.

Hybrid working from central London, company trips abroad, and international expansion already underway with Dubai and APAC already in operation.

• Recent graduates or early-career, no recruitment experience needed
• Sporting or performance background, ideally to a decent level
• Strong communicator who builds relationships naturally
• Coachable and prepared to learn a technical market properly
• Someone who wants to work hard alongside people doing the same
