Graduate Analyst/Junior Project Analyst – Consultancy | French, German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch or Polish : £40k

Our client is a specialist consultancy supporting a diverse portfolio of businesses and senior decision-makers. As part of their continued growth, they are looking to hire a Graduate Level/Junior Project Analyst / Project Manager to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or early-career professional looking to build a career in project management, consulting and client delivery. Working alongside experienced project and technical professionals, you will gain exposure to a range of client engagements while developing your ability to manage projects, coordinate stakeholders and solve problems in a fast-paced commercial environment.

The role offers significant scope for development, with the opportunity to take increasing ownership of projects and client relationships as your experience grows.

Key Responsibilities will include monitoring Project Management & Delivery, Client & Stakeholder Management, Project Analysis & Reporting and Business & Process Improvement.

What We’re Looking For

• A high-achieving graduate with a strong academic background from a well-regarded university
• A minimum 2:1 degree (or international equivalent) is expected, ideally in a qualitative subject
• Fluency in at least one of the following languages is essential: French, German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch or Polish
• Some exposure to project management through internships, graduate schemes, university projects, work experience or previous employment.
• An interest in pursuing a career in project management, consulting or professional services.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint and general Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong analytical and research skills with excellent attention to detail
• 1 years experience in some form of project work
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to analyse complex information and present clear insights
• An interest in risk, consulting, law, or financial services
• Project management qualifications or methodologies would be advantageous, including exposure to PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, PMP or similar frameworks.
