Commercial Sales Associate – Immediate Start

Location: Cardiff City Centre

Schedule: Subcontractor, 4–6 days per week

Earnings: 100 commission with performance-based bonuses

We’re growing our Cardiff team and are looking for confident, motivated people to join us as Commercial Sales Associates. You’ll represent well-established national brands and support their customer and client campaigns while building valuable experience in sales, communication, leadership and business development.

The Role

As a Commercial Sales Associate, you’ll:

* Communicate directly with customers and clients through face-to-face campaigns.

* Represent national brands professionally across B2B, events and direct-to-consumer environments.

* Work towards individual and team performance targets.

* Develop your sales, communication and negotiation abilities.

* Take on coaching and team responsibilities as you progress.
