Graduate Recruitment Consultant- UK-US Market

Wimbledon | £30,000 base + uncapped commission | Start date: Monday 11th January 2027

We’re looking for ambitious, driven and competitive Graduates for our Wimbledon office who are looking to kick-start their career into the world of recruitment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Source and engage high-calibre candidates within the Data & AI market across the US.
• Conduct interviews and assess talented professionals within the data and AI industry
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Develop commercial and business development skills
• Build your own market within the US and establish yourself as an expert recruiter.
• Work adjusted hours of 10:00am-7:00pm, allowing you to engage with clients and candidates during US business hours

Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, sales, sports teams, or other competitive environments is advantageous but not essential.
