The Opportunity

As an Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant, you'll learn how to manage the full recruitment lifecycle while developing your own candidate and client relationships.

Your day-to-day will involve speaking with candidates, identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, sourcing talent and working towards placements.

Recruitment combines sales, relationship building, negotiation and market knowledge, making it a great career for people who enjoy working with others and thrive in a target-driven environment.

You'll receive structured training, ongoing mentorship and support while building your knowledge and progressing within the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Build relationships with candidates and clients
• Source and engage talent through LinkedIn, networking, referrals and headhunting
• Speak with candidates to understand their experience and career goals
• Conduct candidate interviews and assess suitability for roles
• Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Identify new business opportunities and develop client relationships
• Negotiate offers and work towards successful placements
• Build knowledge of your specialist technology market
• Work towards individual and team targets

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in sales, recruitment, business development, hospitality, customer service, sport or another target-driven environment is advantageous
• Graduates and candidates from a range of professional backgrounds are welcome
• Ability to work onsite in our London office five days per week
• Confident and outgoing communicator
• Competitive and motivated by achieving results
• Resilient and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Coachable with a genuine willingness to learn
• Strong work ethic and ambition
