We're looking for ambitious graduates and entry-level candidates to join G&E Group in Central London.

No recruitment experience is required. What matters more is your attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn.

You'll be trained from day one in Executive Search, working across specialist markets within the US Construction industry. The goal isn't simply to become a recruiter - it's to learn how to build and run a commercial market of your own.

What you'll actually do

You'll be responsible for the full recruitment process, from developing new business through to placing senior professionals with clients.

That means you'll be:

• Building relationships with clients and winning new business
• Head-hunting senior professionals across your market
• Speaking with candidates and clients across the US
• Managing recruitment processes from initial contact through to offer
• Developing your own network and commercial market
• Learning how to grow a desk into a long-term business

This isn't high-volume recruitment. We work on high-impact, senior-level appointments, typically involving salaries of $150k+. You'll consult with senior professionals on career opportunities, advise them throughout the process and guide them from initial interview through to offer negotiation

What can you earn?

Money is a big part of the opportunity.

Our Year One OTE is £50,000-£60,000+, with uncapped commission of up to 60%; this will improve year on year.

The more you bill, the more you earn. There isn't a fixed ceiling on what you can make.

But progression is just as important.

We promote based on performance rather than simply time served, with people progressing into senior and management positions early in their careers. If you're successful here, the long-term opportunity is to lead a market, build a team and even eventually run your own business within the group.

Training and development

You won't be expected to figure it out yourself.

You'll receive structured training from day one, alongside daily coaching, live feedback and support from experienced consultants who are actively working in the market.

The environment is competitive and performance-driven, but you'll have people around you who want you to succeed.

We're office-based Monday to Friday from our London HQ, so you'll be working closely with your team rather than operating remotely.

What we're looking for

You don't need a specific degree or previous recruitment experience.

We're interested in people who:

• Set themselves targets and enjoy working towards them
• Are comfortable speaking to people they don't know
• Can deal with rejection and keep going
• Want their earnings to reflect their performance
• Take feedback well and actively look to improve
• Are ambitious about both their career and earnings
• Want responsibility early rather than waiting years for it

You might have a background in sport, sales, academics, hospitality, university societies or something completely different. We're interested in what you've achieved and, more importantly, what you're capable of achieving next.

A realistic idea of the role

This isn't a 9-5 job where you'll be handed a list of tasks and left to get on with them.

You'll make a lot of calls, hear "no" regularly, work towards targets and be expected to improve quickly.
