What You'll Be Doing

Customer Engagement & Brand Representation

• Represent client brands professionally and confidently through direct customer interactions.

• Engage with customers to deliver positive, high-quality brand experiences.

• Build strong relationships with customers and support customer acquisition activities.

• Act as a representative for client products and services in the field.

Sales & Marketing Campaign Support

• Support the execution of sales and marketing campaigns across a range of industries.

• Work closely with team members to achieve campaign objectives and performance targets.

• Contribute ideas to improve customer engagement and campaign effectiveness.

• Help deliver consistent and high-quality customer acquisition results.

Market Insight & Business Development

• Monitor customer behaviour, market trends, and competitor activity.

• Gather customer feedback and insights to support campaign improvements.

• Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and customer engagement.

• Support reporting and performance tracking across live campaigns.

Learning & Professional Development

• Participate in structured training covering sales, marketing, communication, and business development.

• Develop confidence in customer engagement, relationship building, and commercial awareness.

• Gain exposure to leadership principles through coaching, mentoring, and guided responsibility.

• Build a strong foundation for long-term progression in sales, marketing, and business development.
