At Lumen Partners, we work alongside leading global brands to deliver high-impact customer acquisition and direct marketing campaigns across Liverpool and the wider UK.

As we continue to expand through 2026 and 2027, we're looking for ambitious individuals to join our team and develop into futurebusiness leaders. Our structured, hands-on development pathway is designed to take people from entry level through to senior management, with practical experience across sales, marketing, client representation, team development and business operations.

We're not looking for those individuals with 3-5 years worth of experience. Instead we're looking for drive, ambition and a willingness to learn. Your development is based on your performance, with clear opportunities to take on greater responsibility as you progress.

Business Development Program

Our structured Management Development Programme is designed to develop the next generation of industry leaders within our business. You will receive 1-to-1 coaching to develop your skills and lots of opportunities to practice training.

The Role

From day one, you will be trained to represent established UK brands in a customer-facing environment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Communicating brand messaging clearly and professionally
• Building strong relationships with customers through face-to face interaction
• Supporting active client marketing campaigns
• Contributing to individual and team performance targets

This is a hands-on, entry-level role where learning is driven by real experience. As your skills and confidence grow, you will take on more responsibility, progressing toward client account ownership and broader business development involvement.
