Role Description The Entry-Level ESL Online Tutor (Ref:EDU31/26) is a full-time remote role focused on delivering engaging English lessons to learners of varying ages and proficiency levels. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and conducting online classes, following established lesson plans or curricula, and adapting teaching materials to meet individual learner needs. The tutor will provide clear explanations of grammar and vocabulary, support the development of speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills, and offer constructive feedback on assignments and performance. Additional tasks include maintaining accurate records of student progress, communicating regularly with learners or their guardians, and participating in ongoing training or coaching sessions to improve teaching practice.
