Role Description The Entry-Level ESL Online Tutor (Ref:EDU31*2/26) role is a full-time remote position focused on teaching English to learners of varying ages and proficiency levels via online platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and delivering engaging virtual lessons, using digital tools to support learning, and adapting teaching methods to meet individual student needs. The tutor will provide clear explanations of grammar and vocabulary, guide students in speaking, listening, reading, and writing practice, and offer constructive feedback on assignments and participation. The role also involves maintaining accurate lesson records, monitoring student progress, and communicating professionally with learners and, where applicable, their guardians. Training and support may be provided to help tutors grow their skills and confidence in an online teaching environment.
