Role Description The Entry-Level ESL Online Tutor (Ref:EDU111*2/26) is a full-time remote role focused on teaching English to learners of various ages and proficiency levels via online platforms. The tutor will conduct live virtual lessons, follow provided curricula or lesson plans, and adapt teaching materials to meet learners’ needs. Daily tasks include explaining grammar and vocabulary, guiding speaking and listening practice, assigning and reviewing homework, and providing constructive feedback. The tutor will manage online classroom tools, maintain accurate learner progress records, and communicate regularly with learners and, when applicable, their guardians. The role also involves ongoing self-improvement through training, feedback, and collaboration with the eTEFL Training & Recruitment team.
