Role Description The Entry-Level ESL Online Tutor (Ref:EDU03/26) is a full-time remote role focused on delivering engaging English lessons to learners in virtual classrooms and one-to-one sessions. Day-to-day tasks include planning and teaching interactive lessons, guiding learners through speaking, listening, reading, and writing activities, and providing constructive feedback on assignments and performance. The tutor will use online tools and platforms to conduct live classes, manage learning materials, and maintain accurate records of attendance and progress. Additional responsibilities include adapting lessons to different proficiency levels, supporting learners’ confidence and participation, communicating clearly with learners and support staff, and following the organization’s teaching standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Good command of spoken and written English, with clear pronunciation and the ability to explain concepts simply.
• Comfort with using video conferencing tools, learning management systems, and digital teaching resources.
