Role Description The Entry-Level ESL Online Tutor (Ref:EDU0111/26) is a full-time remote role focused on teaching English to learners of various ages and proficiency levels through online platforms. Day-to-day tasks include planning and delivering interactive online lessons, guiding learners through speaking, listening, reading, and writing activities, and providing clear explanations of grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation. The tutor will assess learner progress, offer constructive feedback, and adjust lesson plans to meet individual needs and goals. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of sessions, communicating professionally with learners and caregivers, and following eTEFL Training & Recruitment guidelines and curriculum resources. Tutors are expected to create a supportive, inclusive learning environment and use digital tools to facilitate effective, engaging instruction.
