Entry Level Christmas Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to promote Christmas offers.
• Assist customers with service selections, answer queries, and provide information
• Organise and restock displays to ensure attractive presentation of products
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
• Support the setup and breakdown of promotional displays before and after peak shopping times
• Uphold health and safety standards in accordance with company policies

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers
• Basic IT skills, including familiarity with point-of-sale systems and digital devices
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage time efficiently during busy periods
• Proven ability to work well within a team as well as independently when required
• Previous experience in negotiation, face to face sales, or customer service is advantageous but not essential
• Valid driving licence is desirable for roles involving travel between locations
• Demonstrated organisational skills and effective time management are essential for success in this role
