Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef, Sous Chef, or Junior Sous Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. Duties

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes with precision, creativity, and consistency to meet quality standards.
• Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance on food production, presentation, and safety procedures.
• Manage food inventory, ensure proper storage, and minimize waste through efficient food management practices.
• Lead team management efforts by training new staff, delegating tasks effectively, and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and hygiene standards across all kitchen operations.
• Assist in menu planning and development to keep offerings innovative and appealing to guests.
• Support serving staff during busy periods to ensure smooth service flow and exceptional guest experiences.

Experience

• Proven experience in a professional kitchen environment with demonstrated culinary skills.
• Supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly desirable.
• Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management.
• Familiarity with food safety standards and best practices for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene.
• Experience working in fast-paced restaurant settings with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team of culinary professionals.
• Knowledge of hospitality industry standards related to serving guests and ensuring their satisfaction.
