Athletics Coach for Junior (generally teenage) Middle Distance Athletes

Momentum Sports is an athletics coaching company that has been in existence for over 25 years and now running Momentum Track Club as well.

We are looking for a motivated qualified middle distance athletics coach, to continue the rapid expansion we have experienced in the last few years, to coach at Kingsmeadow Stadium in Kingston-upon-Thames.

The successful applicant will be heading up a group of teenage middle distance athletes, whilst working as part of a team with the other coaches we have and reporting to the Head Coach.

The coaching sessions take place on a Tuesday and Thursday evening - but there is scope for more hours work in the course of the week. For the right candidate this could potentially be extended to a fulltime job.

Any successful applicants will be a "Coach" under the England Athletics Scheme.

Pay will be based upon experience and further qualifications for each 90 minute session (6.45pm - 8.15pm) (with a minimum pay of £28 per session - higher for coaches with greater experience).

Pay: £18.00-£30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4.0 – 15.0 per week
